About Joan
Joan Audino- Melbourne Marriage Celebrant
I am full time Civil Celebrant, wife, mother, designer and business owner. During my 10+ years as a Celebrant, I have had the pleasure of delivering hundreds of ceremonies and sharing many special moments with couples. I never take for granted the importance of this day and how crucial it is that the ceremony sets the mood for the celebrations.
I pride myself on being able to deliver personalised, elegant and enjoyable ceremonies. I understand that every couple’s vision for their special day is different and the ceremony should reflect this through their personal input and respecting cultural needs and values.
As a teacher of Art /fashion, I often ‘go that extra mile’ to offer creative inspiration which will make the ceremony engaging and truly unique.
My professionalism, attention to detail and calm manner will instill confidence and peace of mind for a stress free ceremony. So regardless of what style ceremony you choose, it will be fondly remembered as unique; with an atmosphere of happiness laughter and maybe a few tears.

Joan’s primary career was previously in Education inspiring and building student’s appreciation for Textile Art and Fashion design. Various educational administrative and leadership positions have equipped me with the skills and confidence in public speaking. It was when she had numerous opportunities to attend weddings in designing and making wedding gowns, that she saw the need for a more engaging and light hearted approach to delivering ceremonies. In 2008, Joan became a registered wedding celebrant and immersed herself in creating the added difference to other celebrant’s styles. Joan adores her work, has been privileged to have married many of her past students and gained new friends. She now indulges herself in doing what she loves. Joan believes that she has the best job in the world.
